It might be a security issue. So we recommend contacting the helpdesk.
I cannot get into my KrowD account and when I try to reset my password it doesn’t prompt me to do anything. I have tried emailing but the email bounced back to
me, the help line did not help as they were all robots, and the online chat is not working for me. I really need access to my account. How can I get in touch with a real person to fix this? Thank you.
Hi there, I am an Olive Garden employee and have not been able to access my Krowd account for almost a month now. I have talked to my manager, tried to email the help line (which did not go through) and called the employee helpline but that did not work either. When I try to reset my password I am not prompted to do anything or answer security questions, it just remains on the login screen. How do I fix this? I desperately need access to my account. It would be greatly appreciated if you could please respond with specific instructions on the next steps I should take (ie exactly how to access the helpdesk). Thank you!
